IN SIGNING BELOW YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Ÿ In the event of cancellation, refunds of pre entries will incur a £2-50p admin fee.

Ÿ Any changes of vehicle must be notified, due to security, persons can be added to your pre-entry, but, only as long as spaces are available-so book early.

Ÿ NO off-road vehicles such as go-peds, mini motor cycles/scooters etc will be permitted on site. Only street legal vehicles allowed on site (road traffic act applies to this site).

Ÿ Tot Rods, you must sign a disclaimer on arrival, at registration point, before your child is allowed to drive on site under supervision of a responsible adult at all times (Saturday ONLY, NO DRIVING of Tot Rods will be permitted on SUNDAY).

Ÿ We reserve the right to eject persons without recourse or refund, or to impound vehicles, if persons are considered to be a danger to safety, or breaking the law.

Ÿ All attending MUST wear wristbands at all times (wristband wearers get concessions at food vendors).

Ÿ Children are your responsibility & MUST be accompanied by an adult after 9PM in the Marquee.

Ÿ No music to be played after Midnight.

If you feel unable to accept these conditions, which are to promote a safe & enjoyable event, then, please stay away. Some of these conditions have to be emphasized due to the selfish minority. Safe & happy Rodders & their families are welcome.
